Darryl was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa migrating to Sydney in 1998. Darryl, is deeply passionate about travel and tourism, after falling so deeply in love with, what she calls, “My new country, Australia.” She is now a local resident of Byron Bay and the owner of Real Byron Tours.
Darryl, has been sharing the beauty of Sydney since 2010 and now Byron Bay. She has successfully operated bespoke private tours amongst Sydney’s stunning backdrop and now shares the secrets and beauty of Byron.

Wolfi has been guiding Australia wide for over 25 years. His passion for the landscape and love of our unique animals have made him an expert on Australian flora and fauna. He enjoys taking our guests to out of the way spots that he has managed to find in and around the Northern Rivers, NSW, Australia.
He is also our man for anyone wanting to book private extended touring Australia wide. Wolfi is our German speaking expert and has a big following from the many German speaking guests he has taken around – who are now his mates.

I have been a tour guide in Australia for the past 30 years when I settled in Sydney with my family.
Originally from Brazil I speak Portuguese but also English, Spanish and Italian.
Being a traveller myself I have great pleasure in showing tourists from all corners of the world this magnificent place with such an unique landscape, flora and fauna.
Australian cities offer so much in terms of diversity, culture, gastronomy and nature and it is always exciting to discover new places and hidden locations that only a local is able to offer to visitors.
When not touring I enjoy traveling, books, cinema, music, trying new places to eat and spending time with family and friends.
