Airport Pick-up & Drop-off

Airport pick-up and drop-off can also be arranged when booking in advance – please contact us directly for a quote.

 Payment Information

    • To book we kindly ask for a 20% deposit with the balance 7 days prior.

    • We gladly accept online payments in the methods below:

      > All major Credit Cards
      > Secure online payment via TravelPay
      > Bank Transfer

      Please note that credit card payments will incur a 3% fee, and all bank fees are the responsibility of the sender.

Dietary requirements

We are committed to accommodating dietary requests to the best of our abilities. Whether you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or specific preferences, please inform us at the time of booking or well in advance of your tour date. To ensure we can meet your dietary needs, we kindly request that you inform us of any special requirements at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements with our partners.

With this in mind, please understand that menu modifications may vary depending on the availability of specific ingredients and the restaurants or venues we visit during the tour.

Accessibility

We can accommodate guests with special needs, including those who require the use of collapsible wheelchairs. However, please note that we have limited capacity for accommodating wheelchairs, and we can accommodate up to 2 collapsible wheelchairs on each tour. While we make every effort to ensure that our tour stops and venues are wheelchair accessible, please be aware that some locations may have limitations due to architectural or environmental factors. 

Guests with special needs are required to have someone accompany them during the tour to provide necessary assistance and support. Our team members are not trained or equipped to provide personal care or medical assistance.

To ensure that we can make the necessary arrangements for guests with special needs, we kindly request that you notify us of any special requirements or accommodations at the time of booking or well in advance of your tour date.

What to Pack for Your Real Byron Tour

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience on your Real Byron Tour, we recommend packing the following items:

  • Sun Hat (+ Swimwear & Towel if indicated): Protect yourself from the Australian sun by bringing a wide-brimmed hat or a cap. This will help shield your face from the sun’s rays during outdoor activities.
  • Sunscreen: The sun in Byron Bay can be quite strong, so it’s essential to pack sunscreen with a high SPF rating. Be sure to apply it generously to exposed skin to prevent sunburn.
  • Comfortable Shoes: Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes suitable for walking and exploring. Whether we’re strolling through villages or visiting natural attractions, comfortable footwear is a must.
  • Weather-Appropriate Clothing: Check the weather forecast for Byron Bay before your tour and pack accordingly. The region can have varying conditions, so it’s a good idea to bring layers, including a light jacket or sweater if needed.
  • Sunglasses: Protect your eyes from the sun’s glare with a pair of sunglasses. They’ll also come in handy when you’re admiring the stunning landscapes.
  • Camera or Smartphone: Capture the beauty of Byron Bay and its surroundings with your camera or smartphone. You won’t want to miss the opportunity to take memorable photos.
  • Reusable Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is important, so bring a reusable water bottle to refill throughout the day. We provide bottled water, but having your bottle is an eco-friendly option.
  • Cash and Cards: While many places in Byron Bay accept card payments, it’s a good idea to carry some cash for small purchases or places that might not accept cards.
  • Sunny Disposition: Last but not least, bring your sunny disposition and enthusiasm for exploration. We’re here to provide you with a fantastic experience, and a positive attitude makes it even more enjoyable!
  • Remember that the specific items you need may vary depending on the tour you’ve booked, so be sure to review any tour-specific recommendations provided. General Conditions

    • Our tours operate with a minimum of just one guest, ensuring personalised experiences.

    • While we make every effort to maintain accurate tour details and prices, please note that they were correct at the time of publication.

    • Real Byron Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary without prior notice.

    • We strive to deliver tours as outlined; however, they are indicative, and we cannot guarantee them. No compensation will be provided for missed connections or tour amendments due to unforeseeable changes in weather and road conditions.

    • Safety is our top priority, and we guarantee compliance with all State and Federal laws.

    • Real Byron Tours shall not be held responsible or liable for any incidents resulting in death, illness, or injury to any person.

    • Passengers are responsible for exercising due diligence and a duty of care during the tour, following directions given by our tour driver/guides at all times. Passengers assume all risks associated with tour activities.

    • Any personal items lost or stolen are the responsibility of the passenger.
    • Real Byron Tours do all possible to adhere to the best sustainability practices and we appreciate your support and consideration.

Refund Policy

    • Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour, no-shows, or late arrivals for tour departure are not eligible for a refund.

    • A 20% fee applies to all other day tour cancellations.
